NewTasteUWS.com started out as a site covering the Taste Upper West Side food event. Organized by the Columbus Avenue Business Improvement District, Taste is a food event that brings together over 80 chefs, and all sorts of food, wine, beer and spirits. The aim of the event is to fund selected neighborhood activities in the area. This annual fundraiser is a great opportunity for friends and families in the Upper West Side to enjoy great craft beers, wine, and food while hanging out with community members.
Today, NewTasteUWS.com covers anything related to the Upper West Side neighborhood, and the larger New York City by extension. Although we just got started, we are working to make this an authoritative blog focusing on life in the Upper West Side – New York’s most iconic neighborhood.
